Upon graduation from college, Rusty received an appointment to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. After a successful tenure working in Criminal Justice, he left to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities. Rusty credits this valuable time spent with the FBI as the foundation for the way Harris Groups conducts business: with integrity and honesty.
Rusty has enjoyed success as President and CEO having acquired 40 years of OTB sales engineering experience. His team has been able to expand market share and increase sales for all of the companies he has represented. This has been accomplished through strong personal relationships with people in the OEM marketplace.
Rusty's practical hands-on leadership style and the exceptional quality of the Companies he has come to represent, have made Harris Groups a formidable presence in the industry.

Lance Walker joined the Harris Groups team in June of 2021. Lance has over 25 years of experience in the electronics and heavy truck industries. Most recently he worked for The Power and Signal Group for 18 years selling to the commercial vehicle industry.
He is a highly accomplished sales professional experienced in working with large and medium sized customers and has a proven track record of closing complex deals. His strengths include building and managing relationships at all levels of organizations and having a focused approach to generating new revenue.
Outside of work Lance enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and four dogs, fishing, and racing mountain bikes.
Dean Jacobson joined the Harris Groups team in June of 2015. Dean has over 36 years’ experience in the automotive and heavy truck industries. Dean started his career working in the automotive aftermarket parts business before moving on to many different roles with a leading truck and engine manufacturer. During this time Dean learned to build lasting relationships with many corporations such as Ford Motor Company, Caterpillar and SRC, to name a few. Dean’s vast experience in the business as well as his relationship building with our customer’s makes him an ideal addition to our group.
Dean enjoys spending time with his three boys as well as fixing and maintaining his friends and family’s vehicles.
